The short version

The Peptide Calculator is a set of static files. There are no accounts, no logins, no comments, no contact forms, no newsletter and no advertising network. Nothing on the site asks for personal information and there is nowhere on it to enter any.

The calculators run locally

This is the part worth being specific about, because it is unusual and it is checkable. The arithmetic is performed by JavaScript that the browser has already downloaded, running on the reader’s own device. The figures entered into a calculator are never sent to a server, because there is no server-side code on this site to send them to: the whole site is static files and the only request a browser makes is for those files.

Nothing entered is stored either. There is no account, no saved vial, no history, no local storage and no session: reloading the page discards everything typed into it. A reader can confirm all of this in the browser’s own network inspector, which is a better assurance than this paragraph.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics product, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no heatmap, no testing tool and no third-party tag of any kind. It loads no fonts, scripts, images or stylesheets from another domain, so no third party learns that a page here was opened.

The only script the pages carry is the calculator itself and structured data for search engines, which executes nothing.

What the host sees

The files are served from Cloudflare’s network. Like any host, it processes the technical request data needed to serve a page and protect the service from abuse, which includes the requesting IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser string the browser sends. That processing is the hosting provider’s, under its own terms. It is not combined here with anything else, not used to build a profile, and not sold or shared.

No sale, no sharing, no profiling

No personal data from readers is collected, stored, sold, rented, shared or transferred by this site, because none is gathered. There is no mailing list, no reader database, no retargeting audience and no data broker relationship.

Following a link away

Pages link out to public chemical and regulatory records and to a separate research corpus. Opening one of those links leaves the-peptide-calculator.com, and what happens next is governed by the privacy terms of the site that was opened, not by this notice.

Readers under 18

The site is not directed at children, is not written for anyone under 18, and knowingly collects nothing from anyone of any age.

Changes to this notice

If this site ever starts to collect anything from readers, or adds a form, an analytics product, local storage or a third-party tag, this notice changes before that happens and the change is stated here rather than made quietly.
